i'm yours.
Dr. Kevin Kmiec and Cassie Pfister are tying the knot! I got to tag along on their engagement photo shoot and take some behind the seen shots (why they're never looking at me).

this is unusual.
It's that time of year, again. It is Parent's Weekend here in Aggieland and of course that means Aggie Ring Day! A-Whoop!! I cannot believe that I received my Aggie ring a year ago. When my mom presented me with mine I could only think about how my time in College Station was quickly approaching it's end. Little did I know, I would be staying here for an additional two years... We will save that topic for my next post.
Today I got to take capture moments of two friends ring days. Here are some: (Click on one to expand and scroll)

the time has come.
This past weekend I was given the opportunity to have my senior pictures taken by my brother and sister-in-law. I posed myself and will be using this sample as examples for photo sessions that I have scheduled for the remainder of the semester. Enjoy!

It's Time to Take a [Leap of Faith]
For those of you completely out of the loop, I worked at T bar M camps this summer and had an absolute blast. The ride was long but I learned more about myself than I ever thought imaginable. This upcoming semester I find that it's now time for me to take a leap of faith. I have seventeen hours left to take during my remaining two semester here at A&M and if everything works out it's going to be a blast!
This is my hey, here is everything that you've missed since July 30th.
I got really sick this semester.
I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. Don't look at pictures of it. It's gross.
I'm enrolled in ten hours.
I've been able to build some wonderful friendships.
If you don't know Allison Beck, she's my amateur model. I use her for all of my photography assignments.
The Aggies beat the ever living hell out of baylor.
I'm going to be chunking up the double deuces here in a little over a month.
I have been to the doctor more this year than I have in my entire life.
I've picked the song that I want to have for my first dance when I get married.
...good think I'm single.
I've taken my GRE.
I don't think that I want to go to graduate school.
Peace and Blessin's

lost in translation.
I came back to College Station today to realize that there are definitely still some things that I hold on to with more emotions than I thought.
I have two more weeks ofChallenge Course Program at T Bar M camps left. I've been here now since May 12th. That's 79 days. It's been a long summer and I'm ready to hit the text books.
I have two more weeks of

death cab.
| Yes, that says Grown 'n' Sexy. |
what's the sound of settling?
Last night I made a genius play list for Float On by Modest Mouse and it gave me 7 songs for death cab. If that isn't a sign from my iTunes God that I need to start listening to them, then I'm not sure what it.
Also, haven't seen The King's Speech? Go rent it right now!

Mazzy Star- Into Dust
For those of you who used to watch The O.C, I'm hooked. I suggest that song hyperlinked above to anyone in need of some thought worth music.
